Court Hearing on Media Access in Robinson Case — News

March 13, 2026, Provo, Utah, USA: Fourth District Court Judge Tony Graf heard arguments on media access in the capital murder case against Tyler Robinson, accused in the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. The judge ruled that most filings submitted by the defense do not qualify as private and will remain public, while certain sealed portions of earlier motions will stay restricted. He also denied a request to bar cameras from the upcoming April 17 evidentiary hearing, allowing video, still photography, and microphones in the courtroom.
